“Hmm Hmm” She nodded with a fiendish smile.

Desmond sm-irked and took his face down. He slowly raised his now cold gaze to her and a perturb looked surrounded her whole face.

“Jane, Are you insane?” He whispered.

“Wha…What?” She stuttered.

“Oh sorry. I forgot. Why did I even bother to ask? You’re truly insane” He didn’t stop whispering.

His eyes grew red.

“Desmond? What are you saying?” She muttered.

“Do I look insane to you?? Answer me!!” He yelled.

“Can you…Can you keep your fu-cking voice down??”

“You should have thought about that before stopping me to spew trash. I’m not like you, cousin and I will never be like you” He spoke, sternly and left her sight.

He entered the hall immediately

Jade swallowed ha-rd and clenched her fist. She hurried to Jayden’s room and knocked.

“Yes? Who’s there??” He asked.

Jade inhaled de-eperly, not saying a word.

“Whitney? Is that you? I told you i’ll be late for cla-ss. Missing me already?” He chuckled and opened the door.

But the smiling face he had suddenly fell off and got replaced by a agitating expression.

“What are you doing here?” He asked.

She suddenly hug-ged him, her arms around his shoulders.

“Jade…” He growled, trying to push her off his but she was strong.

“I love you, Jayden. Why can’t you love me too as promised?? Why choose her?? Why not me?? I even changed my name cause of you”

“I never asked you to” He said.

“And I already told you the reasons why I can’t be with you. Whitney is my only lifeline now, get it!” He snapped and pushed her off.

Jade was crying now.

“Being green shadow was cause of you! I shattered your past relationships cause I wanted us to be together. You broke your promise, first!”

“You suddenly left to China without telling me. I think it was you who broke it first cause you promised you wouldn’t leave and if you wanted to, you would alert me. You vividly remember, huh?”

“That was cause…I didn’t want you to worry”

“Oh? Well, I got worried more when I couldn’t find you. I went insane for weeks. My father had to investigate before we later knew you went to China. And guess what, I almost posted up your pictures saying you were a fu-cking missing person. I thought you left me. Falling in love was a piece of cake and that what I did. Now, I don’t know it’ll be easy to fall in love again cause I don’t know what I can do without Whitney”

“Jayden…”

“And you…you just came back and tell me you’re Jane? Well yes, Ya right… you’re my first love… but Whitney is my last and only love, got that??”

She held his arm but he yanked it off.

“Please, respect that and don’t do anything foolish. Won’t you leave?” He opened the door widely.

“I’m late for cla-ss….” He muttered, and she slowly shuffled out.

When she finally went out of sight, he left the room to cla-ss.

SHANNON’S DUPLEX**

“Hey, What are you making there?” Noel came from Shannon’s back and rounded his arms around her wa-ist.

She giggled and turned her face to him.

“I’m making pastries” She replied.

Her face was stained with flour. She was wearing a green apron with just a black shorts inside.

Noel gave her li-p a peck and she giggles again. He tou-ched the flour which was on the tip of her nose and placed it on the tip of his own nose.

“Cute” She smiled.

“What of Liam?” He asked.

“School, of course” She replied.

“Can the pastries wait?” He asked, sliding his hand un-der the che-st of the apron.

He grabbed her left full bo-ob, caressing it sweetly.

“It can’t wait” She giggled.

“But I don’t care” She whispered, and turned back again. He kis-sed her li-p as he squ-eezed her bo-obs hard.

Shannon shifted the rolling board and pin away and kept her hands on the table.

He lifted her apron up and shifted her shorts down. He opened his zi-pper with his other hand and held his di-ck, leading it to her pu-ssy.

She glimpsed at the small clock on the kitchen wall.

“Oh dear” She gasped.

“What’s it?” Noel gro-aned, slamming fas-ter.

“Its time. Liam will soon be home”

“Oh fu-ck” He gr-unted.

“fas-ter, Noel. har-der !!” She mo-aned, loudly and he did just that.

She laid her upper body on the table. The right side of her face was also on the table. Her as-s was shooting out now.

“Yeah baby!! I’m gonna cu-m” Shannon mo-aned.

“Me too…” He muttered, hoarsely.

Just then, the school bus pa-ssed the window, and stopped at the door.

The bus door made a fuzzy sound and opened before Little Liam who alighted down.

He waved to his friends, smiling until the bus left sight. He turned to the door and a sad expression overtook his face.

“Mum didn’t even come out to welcome me” He pouted, sadly. He entered the house but didn’t meet anyone.

“Huh?, Where could she be?, Mum!! Mum!! I’m home!!” He called but there was no response.

He smelt flour and he apprehended his mom could be at the kitchen.

He strided there slowly and opened the door slowly. He finally opened it and wide-ned his eyes, shockingly.

“Mum!!!” He screamed.

“Oh darling…Are you back?” Shannon smiled. She was busy rolling the dough on the rolling board.

“Big one!” Noel chuckled with a wave. He was washing the dishes.

“And why is big one angry??” Noel rushed to him and carried him up.

Liam sniffed, sheepishly.

“You and Mum were both around and you didn’t come to welcome me. I thought you both left without me!” He cried out.

“Oh no. Why would we??” Noel laid him on his che-st, patting his back.

“We wouldn’t dare. We were absent minded cause we were busy. See, I’m making your favorite pastry” Shannon smiled, coming to him.

“Weeeyyyy!!!” He laughed.

“Good boy” Noel chuckled.

“Yes, baby… Sorry, I mean darling. You told me not to call you baby cause Noel stole it”

Liam pouted, sadly.

“Okay baby. You’ll be fine, I promise. We are both sorry, okay?”

Liam nodded.

“Yeah. Noel, go give him a nice shower, and give him clothes to wear. We will feast tonight and I’ll send Whitney a picture of what she is missing”

“Alright. I’ll come for the dishes later” Noel smiled.

“Yeah” Shannon nodded.

They pec-ked their li-ps and Noel left with Liam who was giggling.

Shannon retired back to what she was doing. She took her phone and clic-ked her banking app.

She checked her amount balance and bit her li-p, sadly.

“Gosh. I’m so broke. Geez. How am I gonna fend for all of us now? I can’t possibly ask Noel for help” she muttered, sadly.

AFTER LECTURES**

Jayden and Whitney were talking with their hands locked against each other. They were going out of the hall.

“What??” Whitney frowned.
“What temerity!! Is she insane?? She entered your room and hug-ged you?? What else did she say?”

“What else? She said she loved me, wanted me, blah blah blah” Jayden replied.

“She must be mad” Whitney snarled with a dangerous glare.

“Let’s forget about her. Let’s think about us” He rubbed her cheek, briefly.

“What?” She pouted, sadly.

“Wanna go on a date tonight? Movies night?” He asked.

She nodded, happily.

“Yes! Yes!”

“Okay baby. I’ll book tickets for us once I reach my room”

“Okay, Milkshake” She chuckled.

Clark and Natalie pa-ssed them suddenly. They were holding hands.

“Gosh. I guess Clark wasn’t lying this morning. They’re really dating” Jayden said.

“Yes, they are” Whitney rolled her eyes.

“They are made each other, huh?” Jayden smiled.

“I prefer Maureen to be with him but you can’t cheat love, you know” She shrugged.

“Ya right. Anyways, What about Maureen. Thought I saw her with you in cla-ss”

“Oh. John wanted to see her”
