When Rose mysteriously disappears in the middle of class, a disheartened Juleka is forced to tell her classmates Rose’s secret: that she has a chronic illness. Soon, everyone starts treating Rose like a princess, despite wanting to be treated normally.

Feeling guilty for her actions, Juleka is akumatized into Reflekta once again, this time with the sentimonster “Guiltrip”, who forces people to wallow in their guilt and become copies of Reflekta.

To defeat her, Ladybug and Cat Noir give Rose the Pig Miraculous, transforming her into the superheroine “Pigella”.
